Pioneering energy-efficient ventilation
for professional kitchens.
Sustainable. Intelligent. Connected.
Since 2007, energy efficiency has been at the heart of everything we do. We see wasted energy as an opportunity to do better. To build professional kitchens that consume less, perform better and provide better working environments—all while moving closer to net zero.
We combine deep industry expertise, innovation and manufacturing to turn that vision into high-performance ventilation solutions. The result: less wasted energy, lower operating costs and GHG emissions, and better working conditions for kitchen teams.
Thinking net zero.
For Intellinox, carbon neutrality is more than a goal—it is a mindset that guides how we think, engineer and innovate. For professional kitchen operators, this translates into a practical path toward carbon neutrality: reducing energy use and GHG emissions while maintaining the performance and comfort their operations demand. Five pillars guide our approach.
Efficiency comes first.
Energy efficiency starts with using only what is needed. Our approach is built around reducing energy consumption at the source, designing ventilation systems that respond to the real needs of the kitchen rather than operating at full capacity when it isn’t necessary. Because the most profitable energy is the energy you don’t use.
Round-the-clock comfort.
Professional kitchens are demanding environments where equipment and people must perform side by side. We believe energy efficiency should never come at the expense of comfort. That’s why every Intellinox solution considers the kitchen as a whole—creating better working conditions while pursuing greater energy performance. Because a sustainable kitchen is also about people.
High-quality in every respect.
Product reliability and durability are an integral part of the Intellinox experience. Resistant to water, high temperatures and grease, and made from durable materials and electronics, our systems can withstand the most intense operations day after day, without missing a beat. This commitment is reflected in our industry-leading warranties, among the most comprehensive and reassuring on the market—so you get peace of mind.
Simple to install, easy to use.
Complex technology shouldn’t create complexity for the people who install and use it. From system design and installation to everyday operation and service, we engineer simplicity into every step—whether for a new project or an existing kitchen.
Connectivity and data intelligence.
Cloud connectivity amplifies the value of our solutions well beyond the equipment itself. By making system performance visible and accessible, we believe data can provide greater confidence, support better decisions, and strengthen the relationship between technology, performance and service.
Global expertise.
Worldwide reach.
Intellinox brings together a multidisciplinary team of engineers and specialists with expertise in professional kitchen ventilation, technology and manufacturing.
An extensive network of strategic partners delivers Intellinox solutions to professional kitchens around the world, combining our technology and know-how with trusted local expertise.
From pioneer to industry leader.
Founded in Quebec City, Canada, Intellinox was born from the vision of three engineers — Mario Rousseau, Marc Gretillat and Philippe Bernard — who recognized the enormous volumes of air being conditioned and exhausted by professional kitchens, and the energy waste that resulted.
Convinced there had to be a better way, they explored different technological approaches to precisely detect cooking activity and adjust ventilation in real time. This drive to innovate led to ECOAZUR®, now an industry benchmark deployed in professional kitchens across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
