Pioneering energy-efficient ventilation
for professional kitchens.
Sustainable. Intelligent. Connected.
This has been the core focus of our work since 2007. Because we have always believed that operational performance and a net-zero vision must be intelligently integrated to meet the modern challenges faced by restaurant operators and managers.
To achieve this, we bring together recognized expertise, strong innovation capabilities, and the manufacturing of high-performance kitchen ventilation systems. The result: innovative, energy-efficient solutions for professional kitchens that significantly reduce energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions while enhancing working conditions for kitchen teams.
Thinking net zero.
For Intellinox, carbon neutrality is more than a goal—it is a constant mindset that guides both our expertise and the development of our solutions. For our restaurant clients, this translates into an Intellinox experience that enables them to pursue carbon neutrality without compromising their operations. Five pillars form the foundation of the Intellinox experience.
Efficiency comes first.
Our approach uses intelligent airflow management to reduce energy consumption at the source. This vision led to the development of the IRIS BLEU® optic sensor and modulating damper technologies, the cornerstones of Intellinox’s solutions. Because we believe that the most profitable energy of all is the energy we don’t use, our systems prioritize reducing exhaust air volume.
Round-the-clock comfort.
Kitchens are delicately balanced ecosystems where equipment and people coexist. That’s why our approach integrates and considers both exhaust and make-up air. As a result, our solutions make it possible to regulate kitchen airflow and temperature in real time, providing consistent, optimal ambient conditions for peak performance. Because a sustainable kitchen is about people!
High-quality in every respect.
Product reliability and durability are an integral part of the Intellinox experience. Resistant to water, high temperatures and grease, and made from durable materials and electronics, our systems can withstand the most intense operations day after day, without missing a beat. This commitment is reflected in our industry-leading warranties, among the most comprehensive and reassuring on the market—so you get peace of mind.
Simple to install, easy to use.
The modularity of our solutions makes installation easier, both for new projects and existing kitchens. For day-to-day kitchen operations, complete system automation is easily accessible on a cloud platform, with intuitive dashboards to monitor your ventilation performance. We develop our solutions with simplicity top of mind, every step of the way.
Connectivity and data intelligence.
The INTELLINOX® cloud platform allows you to remotely control and monitor the ventilation of your kitchens. Energy tracking services, data analytics, and remote support make this platform a true real-time management tool for optimizing the performance of your equipment. Turn your data into drivers of performance and savings!
World-renowned
expertise
Intellinox is a multidisciplinary team of engineers and specialists with expertise in commercial ventilation, information technology and tailor-made hoods.
Supported by a large network of strategic and technology partners, the Intellinox team is now a major, influential player in the evolution of the global commercial ventilation industry. We’ve made a significant, recognized contribution to creating ever more effective and energy-efficient solutions in a world where carbon neutrality is becoming essential.
From pioneer to industry leader.
Founded in Quebec City (Canada), Intellinox was born from the vision of three engineers, Mario Rousseau, Marc Gretillat and Philippe Bernard, who were concerned about the vast quantities of air treated and exhausted by commercial kitchens—and the lack of effective solutions to address this energy waste.
So they joined forces to explore various technological approaches to accurately detect cooking activity and control commercial kitchen hoods in real time. This led to the development of the ECOAZUR® DCKV system, which eventually became a global industry benchmark. It is now deployed in commercial kitchens across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
